These are so tasty I have to buy myself a regular sour candy so I don't eat these just for the taste! I have had back problems most of my life and often woke up with extreme spasms that kept me unable to function until they stopped, sometimes incapacitating me for days. I have tried literally everything to help me sleep. Melatonin works the best, which isn?t saying much, but they give me crazy dreams. These Green Apple gummies work FABULOUSLY. I take one about an hour before bed. I don?t wake up with panic attacks, and I sleep soundly through the night, without feeling groggy in the am. I had lost hope, until finding these.
