Works well for sleep
I have experienced sleeping difficulty for many years and thought i'd give these a try. I have been taking them off and on for a few months and they seem to help. I would not say that they help you fall asleep fast, but they do lessen the frequency of waking up and I can get right back to sleep. Sleeping medication from my doctor is sometimes ineffective, but I have found help with these. You only need to take 1 or 2 an hour or so before bedtime.

OKAY
Love the taste, but I think the 1,000 MG are a better option. I didn't feel these 500mg ones as much. Had to take 3-4 every night instead of 1-2 of the others.

Great place to start
Just started taking these and so far they seem to help. Important part is to find what works for you. Flavors are alright (personally, not a fan of the lemon) but the sugar like dusting on them make them enjoyable. I have found that there is a slight bitter after taste on the back of the tongue, but this can be remedied a few sips of water. Over all I enjoy this product and came to purchase more.
