To make your own oil, simply choose your preferred oil (for this example we’re using Avocado Oil). Using 2 Ounces (60ml) of Avocado oil, heat it slightly using a pot and stove top. It is incredibly important to note that you do not want the oil to be boiling hot, you simply want to warm the oil. A few minutes on the stove or 45 seconds in a microwave should do just fine.
While the oil is still warm, sprinkle in your CBD powder (1 gram/1,000 mg). Using a whisk or similar stirring utensil, mix the solution until the cannabidiol is fully dissolved. The compound may dissolve quicker or slower depending on which oil you’re using, but expect this to take about 10 minutes to fully dissolve.
By adding 1,000mg to 2 ounces of oil, you’ve created your own THC-free CBD tincture, where every 1ml serving contains 16.5mg of CBD. As a final touch, you can add a flavoring of your choice. Oil based flavorings are best and something in the Mint/Peppermint family will help mask the oily texture, should you wish to do so.
Make Your Own CBD Sweetener:

Using a double boiler, pour either honey or agave nectar into your pot. It is very important not to over-heat or apply direct heat to the sweetener!
