Discrete Packaging

We will ship all packages in discrete packaging using padded envelopes or Priority USPS boxes. We will not mark any items as containing cannabinoids on the package.

Shipping Carrier

We use USPS for almost all of our orders. The reason is, most of our shipments are very small and the USPS offers the best pricing on small items. We also provide free shipping on first-class mail. We would not be able to do this with any other carrier. We offer Priority shipping at an additional cost if you want the items faster. First-class mail usually is between 3 to 5 days shipping time. Priority shipping is 2 to 3 days shipping time.

Fulfillment Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Weekend orders will ship the following Monday. On occasion, fulfillment may be delayed due to the high volume of orders or inventory shortages. Holidays may also cause a delay in receiving your order. We will do our best to get the order out as soon as possible.

Tracking Information

We now require customers to enter a proper email during checkout. This was due to too many people missing an email address and then requesting tracking information later. It is up to the consumer to put in the proper email address to receive tracking information. If the email is incorrect you will not receive tracking information. Tracking is updated as packages arrive at the USPS facility and at each facility along the route until they get delivered to you. On occasion, the USPS facility may not scan the package. If the tracking information does not update, please wait 5 days before contacting us to see if the package arrives.

Fulfillment Surveillance

We recently started video surveillance in our fulfillment department. This is used to ensure quality standards and to also verify any consumer discrepancies with order deliverables.
