CBD for Restless Leg Syndrome

- tea or coffee with lunch
- a serving of hot chocolate when you get home from work

Consider Tracking in a CBD Journal
Depending on your history with the condition and other medications you may have been on, your reaction to CBD will likely be unique. Use of this useful treatment is highly personal. A journal can assist you in tracking the condition, what works to control it, and what time of the day requires the most attention.
For example, you can start before you begin taking CBD. Determining how often do you wake in the night because your legs are causing you discomfort, or are moving without your being on control of it is an ideal start.
